We believe Gwinnett County is full of incredible people doing incredible things. Here's your weekly reminder that good things are happening all around us.

State Superintendent Richard Woods honored 49 Gwinnett County public schools for excellence in literacy and math. Twenty GCPS schools earned the Literacy Leader designation — part of a select group of just 406 schools statewide. Our teachers and students continue to set the standard.

Nine high school projects from Gwinnett County will compete at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair in Phoenix, Arizona — up from six in previous years. A total of 62 student projects earned first place at the county regional fair. The future is bright, Gwinnett!
