It's cozy, it's quirky, and it's the perfect Galentine's vibe. (Note: The cats are NOT adoptable — they're permanent residents. And yes, there's a library and free Wi-Fi.)

Sunflour Dessert & Coffee (Lawrenceville) This family-owned gem is tucked across from Discover Mills on Duluth Highway, and the desserts are the star. Fresh-baked croffles (made to order!), moist carrot cake, cream cheese castella, and red velvet slices — plus excellent cold brew and specialty drinks. The vibe is soft, quiet, and perfect for studying or catching up with a friend. Rated 4.7 stars with rave reviews.
