Hey neighbor!

Weekend's almost here, at least it feels like it and some of us like to plan accordingly— and this one's packed. Here's what's happening:

📅 EVENTS TO HIT THIS WEEK

LAWRENCEVILLE LIGHTS — FINAL WEEKEND 📍 The Campground, Downtown Lawrenceville 📅 December 18-20, 6pm-8:30pm 💵 FREE

Your last chance to walk through this beautiful holiday light display. It's free, it's festive, and it's perfect for the whole family. Bundle up!

🎄 ATLANTA CHRISTKINDL MARKET 📍 Lawrenceville Lawn, 210 Luckie St 📅 Friday 11am-9pm, Saturday 11am-9pm, Sunday 11am-8pm 💵 FREE admission

The German Christmas market is still going strong — brats, Glühwein, 60+ vendors, a 50-foot Ferris wheel, and Santa photos. This is one of the last weekends before it closes on Christmas Eve.

🩰 THE NUTCRACKER 📍 Gas South Theater, Duluth 📅 December 18-21 (multiple showtimes) 💵 Tickets vary

Gwinnett Ballet Theatre's 34th season production. Sugar plum fairies, the Mouse King, and Clara's magical journey. A holiday classic the whole family will love.

🎹 DUELING PIANOS CHRISTMAS SWEATER PARTY 📍 Slow Pour Brewing, 407 N Clayton St, Lawrenceville 📅 Saturday, December 20, 7pm 💵 FREE

Wear your ugliest sweater and sing along to your favorite songs. It's an all-request, interactive comedy-music show — and it's free. Great for a casual night out with friends.

🏛️ HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE AT THE COURTHOUSE 📍 Gwinnett Historic Courthouse, 185 W Crogan St, Lawrenceville 📅 Saturday, December 20, 5pm-9pm 💵 FREE

Self-guided tours of the beautifully decorated courthouse. Check out the Superior Court Ballroom, Blue Ready Room, and Santa's cozy Living Room setup.

🎷 SWINGIN' THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS 📍 Red Clay Music Foundry, Duluth 📅 Friday, December 19, 8pm 💵 Tickets vary

Joe Gransden brings the jazz for a swingin' holiday show. If you love live music and a festive vibe, this is your night.

🚗 GLOW LIGHT SHOW 📍 Coolray Field, Lawrenceville 📅 Open select nights through January 4 💵 Starting at $39.99/vehicle

Drive through over a million lights synced to holiday music. Stay warm in your car and enjoy the show.

My Pick This Weekend: Lawrenceville Lights on Thursday or Friday (less crowds), then walk over to Slow Pour for a beer. That's a solid Gwinnett evening right there.

In-laws are coming into town and will have to show them a good time 😅

What are you checking out this weekend?
