Hey Neighbor,
Owning a house has been teaching me a lot lately — surprise repairs, “should we fix this?” decisions, and big questions like renting out a basement (or even buying another place someday). It’s a lot to sort through.
The good news: I’m not figuring it out alone. A friend of mine who really knows home care, renovations, and real estate investing is going to start sharing practical tips in upcoming issues to help you too. More on that soon — I’m excited for it.
